Ishita Yameen, CISSP, PMP, CSM, SAFe
Founder and Managing Principal
With over two decades of experience delivering complex enterprise solutions to Government customers, Ishita leads D1 Solutions with a clear focus on transforming service delivery. Her decades of hands-on experience working closely with customers gives her a deep understanding of their unique challenges, which she leverages to build high performing teams that align with stakeholder needs to deliver exceptional results, ensuring that customers can stay focused on their core missions.
Beyond her professional role, Ishita channels the same dedication and perseverance she demonstrates as a marathon runner, mother, and lifetime Girl Scout member, continuously pursuing purposeful contributions in all areas of her life.
Ishita holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Her professional certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and SAFe Agilist credentials.
Carlo Uchello

Carlo Uchello is a Operations and Business Development senior executive who has held leadership roles in companies such as ASRC Federal, GDIT, Serco, and Accenture. Over the course of his career in Federal Government contracting, he has led teams as large as 3,500 employees and P&L of $420M. He has also led successful capture management efforts for awards as large as $2B.
Carlo is the author of “100% PWin” in which he has distilled his decades of experience in successful program management and client relationship management. Rajiv Gidadhubli

Rajiv Gidadhubli is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the business and technology sectors, specializing in designing and building enterprise solutions. As Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Macro Solutions, he has spearheaded transformative initiatives across people, processes, and technology, particularly in multi-agency shared services and AI-based code modernization. Rajiv’s expertise spans strategic vision, business engineering, technology capability assessments, operational efficiency, project management, and product development. He has successfully led large-scale ERP modernization projects and created new market segments with innovative SaaS solutions. His strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive environments have enabled him to build high-performance, global teams and significantly improve operational efficiencies and client outcomes in State & Local, Federal civilian, and DoD sectors.
Ramon C. Barquin, PhD

Ramon C. Barquin, PhD is founder and Chairman of Barquin Solutions. Prior to founding the Company in 1994, he led a 20-plus year career with IBM spanning both technical and managerial roles, including Asian and Latin American leadership postings. Through his technical knowledge, academic training, and industry experience, Dr. Barquin became an internationally renowned expert in the fields of data science, knowledge management, analytics, and IT strategy.
Dr. Barquin co-founded and was the first president of The Data Warehousing Institute, a leading professional organization within data sciences. He also founded and leads the Computer Ethics Institute. Dr. Barquin was the founding editor of the Prentice Hall series on data warehousing, co-edited two books on knowledge management in the public sector, and has published over 100 technical and management articles on information technology. He has organized and chaired the E-Gov Knowledge Management conference series, the most important knowledge management forum for the public sector in the world, which has held annual conferences since 2000. He has also conducted executive seminars in electronic government and knowledge management for the Brookings Institution.
Dr. Baquin earned his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is an electrical engineer and mathematician by training. He has taught and lectured at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Maryland, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
